The following are strictly prohibited on HandyTrack. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate action, up to and including permanent account termination.

HandyTrack provides in-app tools to help you stay safe:

We take every report seriously and aim to respond within 24 hours for urgent safety concerns and 5 business days for other reports.

4. Consequences of Violations

Zero tolerance: HandyTrack operates a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable or abusive content. Violations are not subject to warnings at our discretion — we reserve the right to act immediately.

Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, we may take one or more of the following actions:

5. Reporting Abuse to HandyTrack

To report a violation of this policy, or to contact us about a safety concern:

For urgent safeguarding concerns involving a child or immediate risk of harm, please contact the emergency services (999) and then notify us at abuse@handytrack.co.uk.

6. Illegal Content and the Online Safety Act

HandyTrack's in-app messaging is a user-to-user service regulated under the Online Safety Act 2023. This section sets out how we protect people from illegal content on it, as that Act requires.

6.1 How we protect you from illegal content

We do not scan or read your private messages proactively. We act on reports.

6.2 Reporting illegal content

Tap and hold any message you did not send, choose Report, and pick a reason from the Illegal content group — threats or violence, fraud or scam, child sexual abuse material, terrorism, or other illegal content. You can also email abuse@handytrack.co.uk.

Reports of illegal content are prioritised ahead of all other reports and reviewed within 24 hours. You do not need an account with us to report content to that address.

If someone is in immediate danger, call 999 first. Report to us afterwards. We are not an emergency service and cannot respond in real time.

6.3 What we do with a report

6.4 If you disagree with a decision

If we remove your content or restrict your account and you believe we were wrong, or if you reported something and believe our decision was wrong, email abuse@handytrack.co.uk with the details. A different person to the one who made the original decision will review it, and we will reply within 5 business days.

6.5 Our record keeping

We keep a written illegal content risk assessment for this service and review it at least annually, and before we launch any feature that changes the risk — for example messaging between users who have no existing relationship, or public reviews.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. We will notify you of material changes via the app or by email. Continued use of HandyTrack after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
